I had a question come up about my booking and wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but customer service got back to me quickly, which I really appreciated. The person I spoke with was helpful and explained things in a way that was easy enough to understand. It did take one extra message back and forth to fully get everything sorted out, so it wasn’t completely instant, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a good experience and I felt like they actually paid attention to what I was asking.

I had a really nice visit to Chelsea Piers. It was a little busy when I got there, but the staff still came across as genuinely friendly and calm, which makes a big difference. The guy at the front desk helped me figure out where I needed to go, and his tone made it feel like he actually wanted to help instead of just rushing me along. Overall, the place had a really good vibe, and everyone working there seemed happy to be helpful.

I was happy with the food and drinks at Chelsea Piers. I grabbed a quick sandwich and coffee after being there with my kids, and it was better than I expected. It’s not fancy, but you get something easy and actually good, which was exactly what we needed. Prices felt normal for the area too, and it’s nice when you have a few choices without having to leave the place

Well... we had my son's birthday party here and the kids had a great time. The staff was friendly and did a good job keeping everything moving, which made the day easy for us. My only real complaint is that it felt a little expensive for what was included, but overall it was still a good day.

I’ve taken a handful of classes at Chelsea Piers now and it’s been a bit of a mixed bag, because some instructors are awesome and make the whole thing feel fun and easy to get into, while others seem kind of rushed or just not super engaging, and even though the space itself is really nice and definitely feels polished, for what you’re paying I kind of expected the classes to feel more consistent across the board. It’s not bad at all, just not something I’d call amazing either

I went there for an event, and finding parking wasn’t too bad, which was nice. But then it ended up costing more than I expected, and that part annoyed me. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just one of those things where you feel like you wasted extra energy dealing with something that should’ve been simple. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not super convenient either.

I’ve been to Chelsea Piers a few times, it’s a decent spot overall. That said, the cleanliness can be really hit or miss. The locker rooms get kind of messy when it’s busy, and some areas definitely seem like they could use more regular wipe-downs. It’s not awful or anything, but for the price, I expected it to feel a bit cleaner.

I’m not sure if this is always the case since I’ve only been once, but the ice felt smooth in some areas and then got rougher as the session went on, especially near the boards. The staff seemed okay and getting around the place was easy enough. For the price, though, I guess I expected the ice to be maintained a little better. Not terrible at all, just kind of average from my experience.

The gym is okay overall, but it feels like the standards keep moving. One week something is “getting fixed soon,” then the next week it’s still the same worn-out machine or a loose handle nobody has dealt with. It’s not a terrible place to work out, but some of the equipment definitely needs more regular maintenance instead of just pushing the fixes down the road

The pricing and extra fees also weren’t explained as clearly as I would’ve liked, which made me start questioning things a bit. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it did make me feel less confident about signing up right away. I might still join later, but I left feeling like I needed more time to think it over.

The membership definitely isn’t cheap, and it kind of feels like they know people will keep paying for it. That said, I do use it all the time, so I can’t really say it hasn’t been worth it for me.

I’ve been going to Chelsea Piers for golf practice lately, i’ve really enjoyed it. The bays are clean, booking is super easy, and the view makes it feel way more fun than just hitting balls at a regular range. The staff has been friendly every time too. It is a little pricey, but it feels worth it to me, especially since I finally managed to straighten out my driver a bit last time, which felt like a small win.

It was way too crowded and loud for me. The place was packed with a bunch of noise goblins, and I could barely relax or enjoy myself. Not really the vibe I was hoping for.

I had a good time climbing here overall. The staff was helpful and got us set up quickly, which I appreciated. To be fair, it did get crowded later on, so you may have to wait a bit depending on when you go. Still, it was a fun spot and I’d probably come back at a less busy time
